Admission Requirements
As you pray and consider enrolling at CMC, you can review CMC’s requirements and request all necessary paperwork.

Testing Requirements
Testing – Minimum Score Requirement:
If 21 hours of accredited college/university credit is not transferred into CMC, then an ACT/SAT score will be required. The student must take a national test. The test dates can be found at the ACT/SAT website (www.act.org or www.sat.org). The Admissions Standard for the ACT is 19 and for the SAT is 1030 with a GPA of 2.0.

Transcripts
High School Transcripts: Must be mailed to the Admissions Office in a sealed envelope with a GPA, graduation date, class rank, raised high school seal, and an official’s signature.
College Transcripts: Must be mailed to the Admissions Office from the college to CMC. Transcripts are required from every college you have attended.

Medical History Form
CMC must receive a Medical History form filled out. Important parts of this form are the dates of your previous MMR, Polio, Meningitis, and TB shots. It is necessary for CMC to obtain a copy of your shot record.

Application and Fee
At the end of the application you have the option to pay the fee through our PayPal service, if you choose not to, you would need to provide the payment through other means before completing the application process.
